Constraints & Potential Growth
When you look at the Feeder Areas of our current Engagement Process, you can see the Constraints which operate against our Facility system. There are only 3 ways currently afforded by the present situation which enable Harmony House to Generate Leads and bolster Recruitment (representing Sustainable Future Growth & Expansion):
- Bring the Major Circles in closer to the Central Core that is Harmony House (which amounts to Comprehensive Providership/Non-Marketization)
- Developing the Intersections of the Major Circles (Integration)
- Adding more Circles of Influence.
Complex Consequences
A complex look at the systems results in the following summary:
- By bringing the Major Circles of Influence closer to Harmony House, we expand the area of coverage (which affords us greater remuneration via State and Federal legacy monies). While this may look appealing at first, we soon discover that Comprehensive Providership is monotypal, scale invariant, and responsively unwieldy. In the event of shifting service trends or demographic variances, we will suffer potentially damaging disruptors that may enable our competitors to regain the market share, possibly to our functional hindrance. Unable to pivot responsively, our monotypal unwieldiness will inhibit our readjustments, resulting in lost time, awkward and embarrassing mis-directions, and overall clumsiness. The more areas (Circles) we include, the greater these systemic burdens grow. The alternative would be to keep a light Providership Profile and Outsource as many Major Circles as Marketization readily affords. Adjustments are rapid and athletic, requiring only managerial orchestration (without the headache of Federal paperwork)
- In stark contrast to bloated Providership, Integrated Outsourcing affords robust and customized services that are responsive, scalable according to need, and sport far lighter profiles in everything from administrative overburden to liability and infrastructure costs. Beyond these processural advantages lie untapped vistas of collaboration, networking and Lead Generation opportunities. Information Syntropy is greatly enhanced with many more layers of Information flowing through multiple networks of Synergy. Because the vital energy of systems is always attracted to the margins and interfaces, we will want to Occupy the Hybrid Zones of Integrated Influence that arise between the Marketization Modules. Integrated Marketization provides a watershed in expansive Social Capital. In contrast to Heavy Providership, Market Integration affords the meta-system Complex Adaptive (feedback/feed-forward) Circuits and operates Generatively with Modular Increment (see #3).
3. Equipped with a Light Profile and solidly in command of the Hybrid Zones of Vital Energy, we are afforded the enviable privilege of enacting as many Modular Iterations as we care to Replicate. Virtual Space is little constrained by brick-and-mortar or depreciations, so for our Proprietary Platform, the more Modules we Iterate, the more Synergistic Vitality gets Generated. We can grow as little or as Large and Profound as we care to. There are no hypothetical constraints.
