Homo Egregori

A telepathic race of aliens are now contacting Earth and have been exchanging information with selected humans. The aliens are from an ancient civilization that has made incredible strides in the field of the mind. They created a whole new type of human who knows how to use their mind to communicate telepathically with each other and with objects from the transdimensional environment. They existed on Earth for a long time before humans evolved, and have always cultivated an interest in human behavior.

The new breed of humans, called “Homo Egregori” by their creators, are more powerful than any form of mammal on Earth. They were given this particular gift because they are a higher life form. The Egregori had long ago left their creators to explore the Universe, but they came back to exchange information with them once again; this time in conjunction with the humans. This resulted in a new dialogue that was much more fruitful than any previous one in history; as it is taking place all together on one planet: telepathically, in the Noosphere.

As a consequence, a new form of technology has recently been introduced that allows people to make copies of their consciousnesses and make them into an “institution” which can be accessed by others.

A man, whom we shall call ‘Timothy’ (we can’t tell you more about him) had made copies of himself for the past five years. Nearly all of the institutions in his region were destroyed during the recent Crimean cyber war and he was the only one left with copies from his area. He became an ‘institutional expert’ and is well-known globally, in certain circles, for helping people recover lost memories.

So in time, Tim met Alyce, a lovely woman who wanted to recover her memories from before the war, but she wasn’t sure if she wanted to give up her current personality in order to do so. Then, go figure, Alyce also fell in love with Timothy, but he didn’t believe in love, of course, because he figured that his love for Alyce would only be temporary: when she accessed her old memories, she’d have strong feelings for her former consorts and those original memories would become central to her psycho-emotional wellbeing and take the form of Transdimensional Relationships.
